I enjoy every time I go to the Mazda Dealership in Ocala to have my Mazda 3 Hatchback serviced. Quality Customer Service is their number 1 priority. I am blessed in so many ways I must say. Steve the Service Manager ( Mechanic ) is the only one person that ever works on my car and I trust him completely, Kyle and Bill aare both sService Reps and I prefer Kyle he always does his best to make my day a better one when it comes to my bill. And last but not least, Donna, she works as the cashier, taking our money for the excellent work that was done to our cars. Who can complain? Not me, I thank you for providing me ( and my town ) the quality we look for. As I said, I am Blessed, take care. :)

I had a problem with my seat on my new Rx-8. Kyle notified Mazda about the problem and made an appointment for me to meet two product specialists flown in from Japan where the Rx-8 is made. Kyle's big picture intelligence and high level of quality service not only solved the problem for me, but for Mazda owners everywhere. I go to see Kyle for help with my Mazda whenever I have a problem, or just need routine service maintenance. Not every car owner can really say that comfortably about their service manager. I recommend Kyle Cook and the service department to everybody I know whether they have a Mazda or not. This is by far the best service experience you will find in Ocala. This is a direct result of Kyle's upfront demeanor and high level of quality service with an uncanny ability to smile along the way.
