Kathy did and excellient job. but the finance company makes promises they dont keep.and my suv was supposed to have been detailed. the rear seat arm rest was not lowered nor cleaned. it looks awful, i have found crayons under the seats and the door handles and knobs was not cleaned. my sister also bought a used car- they knew our mom was ill and no one will admit who was at fault for not following through- jim from finance is one of the rudest people we have dealt with-he stated he was not their when the arrangements was made- he insinuated that when my mom died that we should have gotten the person that we talked to via phone to get it in wrting- excuse me my mom died - i didnt know we was dealing with dishonest representatives-we are still waiting on the bird dog gift as they call it for referring someone, my sister wrote and email and we had a manager call and say he would follow up- we will pobably turn blue before that happens its been over 2 weeks. this makes the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them- my first and last. after this last epsiosde i tell people what happened- and in the future i will purchase elsewhere.

Kathy did a excellent job finding a great car at a great value when I wasn't even in the market looking for a car.  I ended up getting a great deal thanks to her.

Kathy listened to what I wanted and found me a great choice, without trying to steer me to something I didn't want. She worked a fair deal for me, and I would recommend this dealership to others looking for a Mazda.

Kathy Clarkson was a very helpful and pleasant person and Neil was very helpful  as well.  We appreciated their attention very much.  It was probqbly our best car buying experience yet.

This was the first time I actually had a pleasant experience at a car dealership in the past 20 plus years. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. They were not obnoxious, rude or condescending bit were friendly, and easy to get along with.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Kathy. She was a great representative for the dealership. Kudos to her. The overall experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
